Want to learn simple skills to improve your mental health?
We’re told that techniques like cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and mindfulness can really benefit our mental health. But how can we apply these in our busy lives, especially on stressful days when we feel under pressure and short of time?

At this special event, GP and mental health expert Dr Lee David will share proven and practical ideas that can be applied in just 10 minutes – to help you better understand yourself and learn how to survive setbacks.

Her work covers a range of topics, including dealing with worry or anxiety, building your confidence, creating healthy habits and positive relationships. Lee’s evidence-based skills can help you to get the best out of life and become the person you want to be.
