Launch of the 2021 World Happiness Report

The Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN) and the Center for Sustainable Development (CSD) at Columbia University invite people of all ages from classrooms, businesses, and governments around the world to observe the International Day of Happiness on March 20, at 11:00AM EST, when we launch the 2021 World Happiness Report.
Registration for the launch event is now open! The event will also be livestreamed on Youtube.
The World Happiness Report 2021 focuses on the effects of COVID-19 and how people all over the world have fared. Our aim was two-fold, first to focus on the effects of COVID-19 on the structure and quality of people’s lives, and second to describe and evaluate how governments all over the world have dealt with the pandemic. In particular, we try to explain why some countries have done so much better than others.
