Are you interested in developing healthy practices to improve your mental, emotional and physical well-being while managing the pandemic?

Research has consistently supported the benefits of meditation in regard to many different aspects of life and wellness.

Join us for this one hour workshop to explore different meditation techniques that may be helpful for you in your own wellness journey. Facilitators will lead guided meditations, provide support, encouragement and opportunities for interaction to promote wellness and recovery through meditation.
