The BrandLab (TBL) exists to address the racial and socioeconomic gaps in the creative workforce. TBL and Celarity have created a strategic alliance to create inclusive connections for diverse talent while changing the face and the voice of the marketing industry.
What: Virtual networking event for BIPOC young professionals and inclusive marketing, creative & digital professionals.
When: Thursday, April 29th
5:30pm-7:00pm – Young professionals (includes 30-minute of productive networking best practices)
6:00pm-7:00pm – Career professionals
Who: Young adults, who identify as BIPOC, in their freshman year of college through the first 3 years into their career in the marketing, creative & digital industry.
Professionals with 3+ years experience in the marketing, creative & digital industry and a desire to support a diverse and inclusive job force.
Why: Learning how to create connections through networking is an important skill to propel your career. Up to 80% of jobs are found through personal networks. The word networking can be scary, but it doesn’t have to be. Networking is about starting conversations and communicating with other people. Come to this event to be part of the conversation!
