In this webinar our guest speaker Haleh Moravej will explain some of the science behind your gut health and how it affects your mental well-being and give you some tips on the foods to eat and those to avoid.

Our guest speaker

Haleh Moravej is a Senior Lecturer in Nutritional Sciences at Manchester Metropolitan University and an Anxiety UK Clinical Advisor. Having delivered a specialist helpline for Anxiety UK members on anxiety and nutrition, Haleh took the themes from calls to the helpline (combining this with further research) to develop our Nutrition and Anxiety self help guide which forms the foundation for Anxiety UK’s wider nutritional psychiatry service.
